Step 01
Readiness Review
We audited the client's public presence against the platform's published monetisation criteria, separating genuine gaps from cosmetic ones, and produced a plain-language list of what a reviewer would likely question.

A full-time creator's monetisation applications were repeatedly declined due to documentation gaps and inconsistent identity records — not policy violations they knew about.
The client produced consistent, original content for a large Bengali-speaking audience and had applied for platform monetisation several times. Each application was declined with only generic notices. The client could not identify what was actually blocking approval: their business identity documents used one trading name, their platform presence used a stage name, and their supporting paperwork — invoices, bank records, and tax documents — did not line up into a single coherent picture of a legitimate business.
Step 01
We audited the client's public presence against the platform's published monetisation criteria, separating genuine gaps from cosmetic ones, and produced a plain-language list of what a reviewer would likely question.
Step 02
We guided the client in assembling a consistent documentation set — aligning trading name references, clarifying the relationship between the stage name and the registered business, and organising records so a reviewer could verify legitimacy without guesswork.
Step 03
We reviewed the client's content library and commercial arrangements against the platform's monetisation policies, flagging items to clarify or remove from their profile before applying again.
Step 04
We structured the new application around the strongest available evidence and prepared a measured response plan for follow-up requests, so the client would not improvise under pressure.
The engagement produced a complete, internally consistent application file and a clear understanding of the platform's expectations. The client re-applied with corrected documentation and later reported that the review progressed without the recurring declines they had previously faced. Our role remained advisory throughout — approval decisions always rest with the platform.
Important — Scope & Expectations
Case studies describe anonymised, representative engagements. Outcomes depend on platform policies, evidence quality, and circumstances outside any consultancy's control — Vanguard IT provides structured, best-effort support and never guarantees results.
An online retailer lost administrative control of its main business page after a team member left abruptly, leaving the asset restricted and the shop unreachable to customers.
A fake page copying a local public figure's identity was collecting 'booking deposits' from followers. We structured the evidence, the reporting, and the public response.
Every case starts with a confidential consultation. Tell us about your situation and we will explain — honestly — whether and how structured support can help.
Vanguard IT provides policy-compliant consultancy and support services only. We do not guarantee platform outcomes and do not engage in hacking, unauthorised access, or unlawful conduct.
